We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Products that have been used, opened, or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations.

  • Proof: You must provide your order number and photographic evidence (if the product is damaged or incorrect).

3. How to Initiate a Request

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the reason for the request, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

  3. Review: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to our warehouse or arrange a pickup (subject to availability in your area).

4. Processing Your Request

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to verify its condition.

  • Resolution: Upon successful evaluation, we will process an exchange for the same product/shade. If the original item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

  • Note: We generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" requests. Please review your product choices carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping Responsibility: Items being returned are the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please pack them securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
